While we were dealt a setback this week with the inclusion of language that was harmful for hemp in the government funding bill, Kentucky Heritage Hemp is alive and well.

Over the course of the coming one-year grace period, we intend to work with industry leaders and policymakers to ensure that hemp-grown-for-cannabinoids and hemp-based cannabinoid products are thoughtfully regulated.  We want all players in our industry to abide by Good Manufacturing Practices, third-party lab testing, and accurate labeling.  Age verification (21 or older) should be required for those purchasing full-spectrum hemp products.

Above all, we will continue to listen to our customers and the many people who are helped daily by our organic CBD, CBG and other hemp products.
